Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Jadrio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use Jadrio. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent to use the service.
User-Generated Content
When you submit beach contributions, reviews, or photos, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant Jadrio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use your content within the app and related services. All contributions are reviewed by our team before going live. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content that is inaccurate, harmful, or violates these terms. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
Location Verification
To maintain the integrity of community beach data, Jadrio uses location verification when you submit a beach contribution or review. By submitting this type of content, you consent to the app checking that your device location is within a reasonable proximity of the beach in question at the time of submission. This check is performed in real time and your precise coordinates are not stored permanently. Only the result of the proximity check is recorded alongside your submission.
Community Standards
When using Jadrio, you agree not to: • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading beach information. • Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable law. • Attempt to manipulate beach rankings or community data. • Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or moderation decisions.

Beach conditions, weather forecasts, and crowd estimates provided by Jadrio are for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose. Always exercise caution and good judgement when visiting beaches. Jadrio is not responsible for any harm, injury, or loss arising from reliance on information provided in the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Jadrio after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
